Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you book a trip or activity on Letsgo. Please read them before you book: by ticking the box at checkout you accept them, together with the cancellation policy of each trip you book. They are written to be read, so if anything is unclear, ask us before you book.

1. Who we are
Letsgo is run by Astria Porta Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius and a licensed tourism operator (O.T.O 15696). In these terms "Letsgo", "we" and "us" mean Astria Porta Ltd; "you" means the person making the booking.

2. How Letsgo works
Letsgo is a Mauritian booking platform. We sell trips and activities run by local partner operators (for example the boat company that runs your speedboat trip).
- We take your booking and your payment, confirm your places, send your voucher and VAT invoice, and look after you before and after the trip.
- The operator runs the trip on the day: the boat, the crew, the lunch and your safety on board.
Each trip page names the operator. When your booking is confirmed we send the operator the details they need to welcome you (see our privacy policy).
3. Booking
- You must be at least 18 to book. If you book for other people, you confirm that they agree to these terms and you are responsible for passing on the trip information.
- Check the date, the number of guests and any add-ons before you pay. Your booking is only confirmed when we send the confirmation email with your voucher.
- Some trips are only for Mauritian citizens and residents. If a trip says so, every guest must be able to show ID or proof of residence on the day. Guests who cannot may be refused without a refund.
- Places are limited. While you pay, we hold them for you: 15 minutes when you pay by card, up to 12 hours when you pay by bank transfer. If the payment does not reach us in time, the places are released and the booking ends.
4. Prices and VAT
- Prices are in Mauritian rupees (Rs). The prices on trip pages are shown before VAT; VAT at 15% is added at checkout, and the total you pay is shown before you pay. There are no booking fees and no card fees.
- Prices can change, but never after your booking is confirmed.
- If we ever show a price that is plainly wrong (for example a trip at one tenth of its usual price), we will contact you before the trip and you may either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Paying
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, issued in Mauritius or abroad): you pay in full at booking on the secure payment page of our bank. Your card details go only to the bank: Letsgo never sees or stores them.
- Bank transfer (from a bank account in Mauritius): offered for trips far enough ahead. Use your booking reference as the transfer description. Your places are confirmed when the money reaches our account.
- Pay the full amount to the account shown. Bank charges for transfers are yours to pay.
6. Your voucher
- Every confirmed booking comes with a voucher by email: one page per trip, with a QR code. Show it on your phone or printed at the meeting point. Your VAT invoice is attached to the same email.
- The voucher is valid only for the trip, date and guests shown on it. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Cancellation, changes and refunds
Every trip has its own cancellation policy, shown on the trip page, at checkout and on your voucher. The policy shown when you booked is the one that applies, even if it changes later. Our cancellation and refund policy explains how to cancel, how refunds work and what happens in bad weather.
In short:
- You cancel: you get back what the trip's policy says for the time left before departure.
- The operator cancels (weather, sea conditions, safety or any other reason): you choose a new date or a full refund.
- You want another date: ask us; we move your booking if the new date has room.
8. On the day
- Be at the meeting point at the time on your voucher. The boat may not be able to wait: if you arrive after it has left, it counts as a no-show and no refund is due.
- There is no hotel pickup unless your booking says otherwise. Getting to and from the meeting point is up to you.
- The skipper is in charge on board. For your safety the crew may change the route or the timing, shorten a trip or refuse to take a guest who is unfit to travel, for example because of alcohol. A guest refused for their own behaviour is not refunded.
- Children must be with an adult at all times. The crew carry life jackets for every guest, including children: ask for one whenever you want it.
9. Health and safety
- Boat trips involve open sea, sun and swimming. Tell us before you book about anything that might affect your trip: pregnancy, back or heart problems, reduced mobility, or guests who cannot swim.
- Allergies and dietary needs must reach us at least 48 hours before the trip so the operator can prepare. We pass them on, but the operator's kitchen cannot guarantee food free from all traces of allergens.
- Follow the crew's instructions, wear sun protection and drink water. Swimming and snorkelling are at your own risk and only where the crew allows it.
- Look after your own belongings. Neither we nor the operator are responsible for items lost or damaged during the trip, unless it was our fault or theirs.
10. Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for the booking service we provide: taking your booking correctly, confirming it, passing your details to the operator and handling your payment and refund.
- The operator is responsible for running the trip, including the boat, the crew, the food and safety on the day, under its own licences and insurance.
- Our responsibility to you for any one booking is limited to the price you paid for it, except where Mauritian law does not allow that limit (for example for death or injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
- We are not responsible for events outside our control and the operator's, such as extreme weather, cyclones, strikes, closures by the authorities or pandemics. If one of these stops your trip, you are offered a new date or a full refund.
- We advise every visitor to have travel insurance.
11. Discount codes
- A discount code is applied once, at checkout, and only as its conditions say (dates, minimum spend, trips and number of uses).
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be added to a booking after it is made.
- A refund is based on the amount you actually paid. A code used on a booking that is later cancelled is not given back.
12. Reviews
After your trip we invite you to review it. Only guests who booked and took the trip can leave a review on Letsgo. We publish reviews as written, good or bad, and may only decline one that is abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contains personal details. We never change the words of a review, and we may reply publicly.
13. Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
14. Complaints
If something was not right, tell us as soon as you can, ideally during the trip so it can be put right on the spot, and in any case within 14 days. We reply within 5 working days.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection the consumer laws of your own country give you.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you booked is the one that applies to your booking.
