PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION FEES
All purchases for products or services from us or a third party, facilitated through the Site, can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, or Emtel Blink (collectively known as “Electronic Payment”). Each purchase (also referred to as an “Order” or “Booking”) will have a unique Order/Booking Number.
You are solely responsible for providing your Order/Booking number and a valid National Identity Card or Passport when requested by the third party offering the product or service to which your Order/Booking relates.
For Electronic Payment, it’s your responsibility to verify:
- The validity of the transaction;
- The availability of funds;
- Any applicable currency exchange rate; and
- Any bank/transaction charge, fee, or commission.
You must perform these verifications with the bank through which the Electronic Payment is made.
If there is a refund of the Electronic Payment, we will withhold any applicable bank/transaction charge, fee, or commission. Consequently, the refunded amount will be less than the initial Electronic Payment made.
We may cancel any purchase for any product or service, without liability, if the full payment hasn’t been received within 2 business days of the purchase.
Cancellation Fees
- For cancellations 14 days or more before the scheduled booking date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the scheduled booking date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost will be imposed.
- For cancellations 7 days or less before the scheduled booking date or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be imposed.
- Bank or credit card charges may be applicable and deducted from the refundable amount.
- We reserve the right to impose a cancellation processing fee of up to 5% of the initial payment amount. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, primarily depending on the payment method used for the original transaction.
If there are additional cancellation fees mentioned under the “Purchase, Cancellation & Refund Conditions” section (also referred to as MERCHANT CANCELLATION FEE) on each product/service page, these fees take precedence over the cancellation fees in this document. The total cancellation fee will be: MERCHANT CANCELLATION FEE + Letsgo.mu cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount you paid towards the purchase.
STORE CREDITS
We may offer you Store Credits which may be redeemed for their nominal value towards the purchase of eligible products or services advertised or offered by a third part through the Site (“Store Credits”). Store Credits are offered in the form of LETSGO POINTS.
Store Credits shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
Should your Letsgo Points value be insufficient to cover your intended purchase, you will be invited to complete the purchase by using another acceptable payment method to pay for the balance.
Any product or service offered by a third part through the Site which you may purchase by redeeming your Letsgo Points will be deducted from your Letsgo Points Balance which will appear on the “Dashboard” of your account on the Site.
If, for any reason, your account is terminated or suspended or marked “Inactive”, your Letsgo Points Balance shall automatically and irreversibly reset to nil/zero value.
Your Letsgo Points Balance may not be sold, transferred (be it to another person or towards another intended purchase on the Site), or redeemed/refunded for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, if for any reason you should decide to cancel a purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund of any Letsgo Points (or the value thereof) that has been redeemed towards such purchase.
DISCOUNT CODES
We may offer you one Discount Code or more which may be applied for their ascribed value or percentage discount towards the purchase of eligible products or services advertised or offered by a third part through the Site (“Discount Code”).
Discount Codes shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
Unless the Discount Code is expressly marked as “Multi-Use”, the Discount Code shall be deemed to be “Single-Use” such that it may not be applied towards more than a single purchase (having a unique Order/Booking Number). “Single-Use” Discount Code will only apply to the single purchase (having a unique Order/Booking Number) which appears first in your “Cart”/“Booking Summary”.
Once you have applied your Discount Code towards your intended purchase, you will be invited to complete the purchase by using another acceptable payment method to pay for the balance.
Any Discount Code offered to you may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed/refunded for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, if for any reason you should decide to cancel a purchase, you will not be entitled to any reissuance of the Discount Code or discount (or their respective value) that has been applied towards such purchase.
Any product or service offered by a third part through the Site that has been purchased by applying a Discount Code may not be amended, modified, exchanged, substituted, postponed, or rescheduled.
Discount Codes may not be applied retrospectively towards a purchase that has already been fully paid.
Any Discount Code offered to you shall be, subject to, and accompanied by, an expiry date, following which it cannot be applied towards any purchase.
LETSGO POINTS
We may reward you for your loyalty as part of our Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”) by granting you Letsgo Points which may be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products or services advertised or offered by a third part through the Site (“Letsgo Points”).
Each Letsgo Point has an ascribed value of ten cents (Rs 0.10).
Letsgo Points shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
Letsgo Points have a validity period of one (1) calendar year from the date they have been issued, following which period, they cannot be redeemed.
Should the total value of the Letsgo Points redeemed towards a single purchase (having a unique Order/Booking Number) exceeds the value of such purchase, the nominal value of the Gift Card(s) thus found in excess shall be credited to your “Letsgo Points Balance” (“Letsgo Points Balance”) which appears on the “Dashboard” of your account on the Site.
Should your Letsgo Points Balance be insufficient to cover your intended purchase, you will be invited to complete the purchase by using another acceptable payment method to pay for the balance.
Any product or service offered by a third part through the Site which you may purchase by redeeming your Letsgo Points will be deducted from your “Letsgo Points Balance” which will appear on the “Dashboard” of your account on the Site.
If, for any reason, your account is terminated or suspended or marked “Inactive”, your Letsgo Points Balance shall automatically and irreversibly reset to nil/zero value.
We, may at our sole discretion, decide to terminate the Loyalty Program, in which case, we shall send you a notice of 30 days by email. Such termination of the Loyalty Program shall automatically and irreversibly reset your Letsgo Points Balance to nil/zero.
Your Letsgo Points Balance may not be sold, transferred (be it to another person or towards another intended purchase on the Site), or redeemed/refunded for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, if for any reason you should decide to cancel a purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund of any Letsgo Point (or the value thereof) that has been redeemed towards such purchase.
