• Valid for: Mauritian citizens and residents of Mauritius and tourists.
• Mauritian ID Card or Resident Permit along with a printed copy of this order voucher must be presented to the merchant when claiming the offer. Tourists will be requested to present a passport as proof of identity.
• Once you have selected your date, ordered and done payment, you will received a digital voucher from Letsgo.mu by email and your booking date will be communicated to the Merchant.
• You need call the merchant directly and at least 48 hours in advance of the confirmed booking date in case you wish to modify your booking date to another one.
• If ever for reasons beyond our and/or the Merchant’s control, the Merchant is not able to fulfill your reservation on the selected date, the Merchant will inform you so that you can choose an alternative date.
• Please present your voucher to the Merchant on the activity day to claim the service.
• Special Request: If you are vegetarian or have any allergies, you are required to inform the Merchant directly by phone at least 48 hours before the booking date for any necessary alternative arrangements.
• Optional extra activities and/or addons not included in the offer, are payable on departure directly with the merchant.
• This activity is a weather and sea dependent activity. In case of bad weather activity may be postponed for another date.

Additional Conditions:

• All clients are expected to behave in a respectable manner towards the other guests and employees of the merchant. Falling to do so, they expose themselves to be asked to leave the premises or may even face police intervention.
• Merchant (in this offer, Bateaux Vicky) is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
• Activities are still carried out under rain unless the safety is compromised & itinerary may change due to weather condition.
• It compulsory for clients to follow the instruction of the skipper before boarding in or out of the boat and while on the boat. Letsgo.mu and the merchant will not be liable should the client(s) not respect the guidelines of the skipper.
• Letsgo.mu and the merchant will not be liable for loss of any personal belonging of the customers during the booked period or activities.
